Returning Goods for Inspection or Repair
When returning goods for inspection or repair please complete and and include copy of our RMA form.
Note! Failure to follow our shipping guidelines may result in goods being siezed by Customs and extra charges/delays incurred.
- Complete form in a clear and legible manner
- Include return shipping address
- Include a contact email address
- Always send both boxes for 2 box systems
- Include serial numbers of unit(s) being sent
- Include a description of event(s) leading up to problem
- Mark the package 'Return to Manufacturer for Repair
- Ensure customs value is no more than $50 AUD
- Do not insure unit for more than customs value
